Metstrade 2024 hosted close to 1,600 exhibitors, across 12 halls at RAI Amsterdam The 36th edition of the world’s leading trade show for leisure marine equipment, systems and materials, recorded its highest ever attendance of leading marine professionals from across the globe. The show received 31,824 visits from 19,779 unique visitors spanning 134 nationalities.

The 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) was one for the record books for Horizon Power Catamarans, who sold the PC60 and PC68 inventory boats on display and signed contracts for two new PC60 builds during the show. Two display boats were sold and two new-build orders signed during the record-breaking show.

The International Charter Expo know as ICE 24 Expo is a B2B Charter show that puts people first with its matchmaking software that allows exhibitors and attendees to pre-arrange meetings in advance of the show. Now in its ninth edition the event was relocated from Croatia to Amsterdam this year ahead of METSTRADE and ran from the13-15 November.

Sanlorenzo recently unveiled the LIFE MYSTIC* (Methanol for Yachting Sustainable energy Transition applied to Internal Combustion engines) project, realised in collaboration with Nanni Industries and Ranieri Tonissi, for the realisation of the first green methanol bi-fuel superyacht that will see the light by 2027. Co-funded by the EU, the project will last 54 months and involve a total investment of over €4.8 million.

Melanesian Luxury Yachts, a boutique yacht agency founded by Angela Pennefather well-known for providing exceptional marine services in the Pacific, will be based in Cairns alongside Tina Flecknoe to facilitate the transition and ensure ongoing client support.
